Tips for your next visit
If you wear contact lenses, please wear them and bring your contact lens boxes or previous prescription.
Bring your prescription eyeglasses and previous prescription if possible.
For annual eye exams, expect your eyes to be dilated. Dilation improves eye health assessment but causes light sensitivity and blurred near vision for 4-6 hours. Bring sunglasses and avoid driving until vision returns to normal.
Prescriptions
We accept non-UCSC glasses and contact lens prescriptions. Please bring a copy or fax it to (831) 459-3546.
