Billing and Insurance
We’re here to support you with your health coverage needs, including UC SHIP enrollment, fee explanations, referrals, dental and vision benefits, off-campus care, insurance waivers, and CruzCare. Access important resources such as insurance requirements, forms, UC SHIP information, and waiver deadlines.
Medical Services
We offer a wide range of services, including preventive and urgent care, optometry, sexual health, immunizations, gynecology, pharmacy, lab and radiology, gender-affirming care, and travel medicine.

UC SHIP Winter Waiver deadline
If you would like to waive UC SHIP, the deadline to turn in a waiver for Winter Quarter is December 19, 2025.

UC Student Health Requirements
All UC students must have health insurance and meet UC’s immunization and TB screening requirements.
