The UC SHIP Winter Waiver period ends 12/19/2025

If you would like to waive the UC Student Health Insurance Plan, the deadline to turn in a waiver for Winter Quarter is December 19, 2025.

Students have the opportunity to waive UC SHIP during the waiver period each quarter. If you’ve already waived out for this academic year, you do not need to complete another waiver until the 26/27 academic year. No action is required if you wish to continue your enrollment in UC SHIP.
